Saffron Walden Baptist Church - every BB company is part of a Church. We are part of Saffron Walden Baptist Church

The Waltham Walk - is an annual competitive expeditions event, fully endorsed by the BB. We enter most years.

Liz and Sergio Vilela (BMS) - Liz and Sergio were youth ministers at our Church for a while. Now they are working with the BMS in Mozambique. Our Company Section are trying to help them with some fund raising for first aid kits for pre-school children as part of the PEPE programme.

Resources

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme - The BB has close links with DofE. We plan to make the DofE scheme available to Company Section lads of 14 or over.

Alpha - Our seniors have been learning more about the Christian faith. We have been following the Alpha syllabus.

Historical

Trip to the WW1 Western Front - In April 2013 our Seniors went on a trip to France and Belgium to learn about the sacrifices made in the first world war, and to pay our respects. This is the coverage from the Saffron Walden Reporter.

Saffron Walden Carnival 2014 - The 4th Mid Suffolk Boys' Brigade Band kindly came over to lead the Saffron Walden carnival. Our float followed behind making us the first float in the procession! Here is a video from the 4th Mid Suffolk archives.
